Handling requests and complaints related to accessibility

We will respond to your report as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after receiving it.

If this period is too short for us, we will inform you about another date by which we will correct the errors reported by you or prepare the information in an alternative way. This new term will not be longer than 2 months.

If we are unable to ensure the digital accessibility of the website or content indicated in your report, we will offer you alternative access to it.

In the event that you are refused a request to provide accessibility or alternative access to information, you can file a complaint against such action.

After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint can also be sent to the Ombudsman.

 

Architectural accessibility

ul. Żurawia 4A, 00-503 Warszawa

  1. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are located in the vicinity of the property used by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
  2. The facility at ul. Żurawia 4A consists of two buildings: A and B, which are partially adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The entrance to building A is at sidewalk level. The double entrance doors do not open automatically and require force.
  3. The reception is located on the left side of the entrance to building A. Further passage is secured with gates through which a wheelchair user can pass.
  4. Building A is equipped with two elevators. The size of the elevator cabin is unsuitable for wheelchair users. In building B, due to its construction, it is difficult for people with disabilities to move around. Communication between buildings A and B is difficult, due to the difference in levels between individual floors. Overcoming them is possible by means of several-stage flights of stairs.
  5. There is no signage in the facility to facilitate movement and its use by visually impaired people.
  6. The toilet for people with disabilities is located on the ground floor of building A.
  7. The facility and all its rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog.
  8. The induction loop is located in the reception area of building A.
  9. The possibility of using a sign language interpreter is possible on-line through the website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. The service is free for the deaf people.
