Take advantage of the forms of assistance dedicated to nurseries or children's clubs and entities providing rehabilitation services for children with disabilities

  • As an entity running a nursery or children's club with places for disabled children, take advantage of:
    • reimbursement of costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace directly related to caring for children with disabilities or conducting classes for them;
    • loans to create a job directly related to caring for children with disabilities.
  • As an entity providing rehabilitation services for children with disabilities, take advantage of:
    • reimbursement of costs of equipment or retrofitting of a workplace directly related to the rehabilitation services for children with disabilities;
    • loans for the creation of a job related to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.

 

Who can receive support?

  • entity running a nursery or children's club with places for children with disabilities;
  • an entity providing rehabilitation services for children with disabilities in their place of residence, including mobile services.

 

Condition for obtaining support:

You must be an entrepreneur/employer (entity) that runs a business:

  • nursery or children's club with places for children with disabilities;
  • rehabilitation services for children with disabilities.

 

Forms of support:

Implemented by County Labor Offices:

  • Reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting of a workplace directly related to caring for children with disabilities or conducting classes for them.
    The starost (director of the county labor office acting under the authority of the starost) may reimburse nurseries or children's clubs established and run by natural persons, legal persons and organizational units without legal personality referred to in the provisions on care for children up to the age of 3, the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace directly related to taking care of children with disabilities or conducting classes for them in the amount specified in the contract, but not higher than 6 times the average salary. An entrepreneur intending to create a job directly related to taking care of children with disabilities or conducting classes for them may submit an application for reimbursement from the Labor Fund to the starost correct due to registered office or for the place of work by the referred person.
  • Reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting of a workplace directly related to the rehabilitation services for children with disabilities.
    The starost (director of the county labor office acting under the authority of the starost) may reimburse the entity conducting business activity consisting of the provision of rehabilitation services with the costs of equipping or retrofitting of the workplace, directly related to the rehabilitation services for children with disabilities in the place of residence, including mobile services in the amount specified in contract, but not higher than 6 times the average remuneration. An entrepreneur intending to create a job directly related to the rehabilitation services for children with disabilities may submit an application for reimbursement from the Labor Fund to the starost correct due to registered office or for the place of work by the referred person.

 

Preferential conditions provided for:

  • the possibility of employing a person at least half-time - the amount of the refund as under general conditions, in proportion to the part-time job,
  • if the entity employed the referred person at an equipped or retrofitted workplace for at least half-time in total for a period shorter than 24 months, the refund of funds received in proportion to the period remaining to 24 months of employment.

 

Implemented by financial intermediaries:

  • A loan for the creation of a job directly related to caring for children with disabilities;
  • A loan for the creation of a job related to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
    Loans for the creation of a job directly related to taking care of children with disabilities or related to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities are granted by financial intermediaries selected by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego throughout the country. The loan is granted on the basis of a contract, at the request of the entity, after submitting a cost estimate for the created job position, in the amount specified in the contract, but not higher than 6 times the average salary. The interest rate on the loan for the creation of a job directly related to taking care of children with disabilities or related to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities is fixed and amounts to 0.1 rediscount rate on bills of exchange accepted by the National Bank of Poland per annum (Additional information about the interest rate). The loan repayment period for creating a job position cannot be longer than 3 years. The interest rate on loans for the creation of a job for nurseries or children's clubs for the creation of a job directly related to caring for children with disabilities or conducting classes for them, as well as for an entrepreneur who is a caregiver of a disabled person, is fixed and amounts to 0.1 promissory note rediscount rate per year, and in other cases 0.25 of the rediscount rate for bills of exchange accepted by the National Bank of Poland.

 

Preferential conditions provided for:

  • the possibility of employing a person in the created position at least half-time - the amount of the loan as under general conditions, in proportion to the part-time job,
  • if the entity employed in the created job for a period shorter than 12 months, the return of the outstanding amount of the loan for the creation of the job will be made in proportion to the period remaining to 12 months of employment, without interest,
  • the interest rate on the loan is fixed and amounts to 0.1 of the rediscount rate on bills of exchange accepted by the National Bank of Poland on an annual basis.

 

IMPORTANT!

Nurseries or children's clubs as entities conducting business activity may also benefit from refunds or loans to create a job on general terms - this applies to other jobs created in these entities.

 

Where do you submit an application?

To the County Labor Office:

  • application for reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting of the workplace, directly related to taking care of children with disabilities or conducting classes for them in the case of nurseries or children's clubs with integration places;
  • application for reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting the workplace directly related to the rehabilitation services for children with disabilities in the case of entities providing rehabilitation services.

 

To the financial intermediary:

  • application for a loan for the creation of a job directly related to caring for children with disabilities;
  • application for a loan for the creation of a job related to the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.

 

IMPORTANT!

All decisions regarding the provision of support (reimbursement) are made by the starost. With regard to loans, decisions on granting support are made by financial intermediaries.
